The short version
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We never see or store your card number. We collect what we need to build your cart page, take your payment, and reach you about your design — and not much else.
What we collect
When you order
- The domains you enter, plus the category and activity you select for each.
- Your contact details — name, email address, phone number and address.
- Consent evidence — the exact terms shown to you, the version of those terms, the time you accepted them, your IP address and your browser user agent. This is recorded on your subscription so that both sides have the same record of what was agreed.
Payment details
Card and bank details are entered directly into Stripe’s own payment fields and are transmitted straight to Stripe. They never reach our servers and we never store them. We receive from Stripe only what we need to service your account: the last four digits, the card brand, the billing status of your subscription, and how much has been paid.
When you ask for an email code
To confirm your email address we record the address, the time of the request, and a small set of signals used to tell a person from an automated script — how long the form took, whether keyboard and pointer activity occurred, your time zone and screen size, and whether your browser reports itself as automated. We do not record what you typed, only counts and timings. These signals exist to stop bots consuming confirmation codes, nothing else.
When you use the site
Standard web analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, how you arrived, and what you clicked. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are set to denied by default for advertising and analytics storage until consent is given.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to run this business:
- Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions and the billing portal.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — website measurement and advertising performance.
- Google Workspace and Hostinger — email delivery, order records and hosting.
Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Cart pages we install on your store
A cart page we build for you runs on your own domain and sends payments to your own processor accounts. We do not sit between you and your money, and we do not collect your customers’ payment details. The installed page checks our licence endpoint to confirm the page is active and whether the build fee has been paid off; that request carries the domain and nothing about the individual shopper.
The installed page also reports two counts, so your Cart performance dashboard can show how the page is doing: how many times the cart page was shown, and how many times a shopper went on to start checkout. These are daily totals for your domain, never a record of an individual shopper. No visitor identifier, cart contents, order values or browser details are collected. The IP address that carries the request is used only to rate-limit abuse and is never written to storage. The page also keeps one small item in your visitors’ browsers — a short-lived note of whether your domain’s licence is active — which it reads to decide whether to display.
How long we keep it
- Order and consent records — kept for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and chargeback rules require.
- Email confirmation codes — short-lived and expire on their own.
- Cart page counters — daily totals per domain, kept on a rolling 90-day window and deleted after that.
- Analytics — retained under the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Your choices
- Access, correction or deletion — email us and we will action it. Some records we are required to keep even after an account closes, and we will tell you which.
- Cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal linked on the checkout page and in your receipts.
- Advertising and analytics cookies — controlled by your consent choice and by your browser settings.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the United Kingdom and European General Data Protection Regulation. Contact us and we will honour them.
Children
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change affects the terms you agreed to when you subscribed, we will contact you.
